Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir,
If anybody filed a criminal case on blank cheque on a person while he was away from the country, if there is an arrest warrant issued after two years, still person was away from the country, will he be caught at airport on his arrival after two to three years?
Actually the case is purely black mailing, but infront of judiciary it is a case

in case the complainant is vigilant enough and he is aware about the time and place you coming back to india and you have been declared a proclaimed offender, you may be arrested. it is better to hire a lawyer and he would take care of the case in your absence.
