Thanks for your answer.Pl clarify that they can arrest me or not.How I should argue simultaneously for discharge if there are not sufficient evidence against me.

Sir:
If you have not been arrested so far, then, you should first try anticipatory bail. But, how could the police file the charge sheet without having arrested you. Please note that charge sheet is filed in the court when the investigation by the police is complete.
