my sister was married in india and went to dubai after a year she came back with her sister in law & mother in law they took her passport & after 2 years when we contacted to embassy in dubai they replied that my husband had cancelled my residence visa for dubai & gave me back but i still dont have my passport my passport had been taken to dubai without my knowlrdge & permission so i want to know accourding to which section of IPC should my sister file the case

You may make a complaint to the passport authorities and apply for a duplicate passport.
