Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Statements

Mine and a witnesss statements had been recorded in a Magistrate court in connection with a case and duly certified by the Magistrate to have been given on oath.

In an allied case before another Magistrate can I file these documents along with the petition in proof of the charges I am levying against the same respondent?
