I have got a stay order on my husband's land in Ghazipur Dist. in U. P. under Hindu Adoption & Maintenance Act on which one Reliance Tower is located, but my husband is still taking rent against that tower. And having no source of income and all my family at the stake of starvation, If I close that tower and restrict my husband from taking the rent of that tower, will it constitute offence by me and which sections of law will be impose upon me. Please suggest.
