Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

if toll barrier andcalls r proof and person is denieng by notice by court , isnt its misuse of court and if yes pls tell rules , acts , punishment liberally. And i dont wnt tat job i just want to clear false statements of tat officers to senior officer and wnt to clear my image.isnt tis seems unhuman to u as i was getn 6000 rs pm and bearing tat officer to save my duty . And now he is hero with his mouth , he does not lets me enter doors of factory .
