My wife filed 498 A & 406 case aganist me and all my family members. FIR converted into CC and the trail is going on We have attended 3 hearings after receiving the chargesheet. but there is no witness. Last month she left the country. How long I have to wait to disposal of the case.

There is not time limit prescribed. However, any criminal case is to be tried and disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

Now your case against the state and she is one of the witness. And if she does'nt appear or give her evidence then you and your family would be acquited.
