Legal Question in Criminal Law in

my wife filled 498a , 323 after 6 months of marriage .

she was living with me in delhi but lodged FIR in meerut my parent's place.she also belongs to meerut .

we got stay from high court allahabad and the matter is in mediation centre .

i really dont want to take her back . what shoud i do ?

charge sheet will be submitted next week .

>what if mediation breaks

> she also filled 125 for maintenance , she is doing CA fina ,(student ) getting 1000 Rs stipend

> i am govt. servent i did not take dowry , how much time will it take in lower court for judgement

> can i prove her wrong

If she has invoked 323, it appears that you caused her some hurt by beating etc. Since your married life is too young, you should try to change your mind set and make efforts for bringing her back and treat her nicely. All efforts should be made to make mediation successful. If you have committed a mistake, you should seek apologize, seek forgiveness and promise good behaviour in future.
