Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

my wife has left my home without my permission at her 6th month of privacy, i have filed for divorce in the end of july 2010 and it went to mediation and got failed and in the meantime she delivered twin babies on 24th october 2010 after that she attended the family court and applied for maintenance and also went to police and gave a compliant under 498a case, by gods grace we got the anticipatory bail and by knowing this again she booked onemore case under domestic vilonce act under section 45 of dv act 2& 3,. Now the situation of all the three cases is as follows. 1. divorce- next hearing in the end of august 2. domestic voilence. in the next week for her maintenance. 3. 498a after the regular bail is granted, police are yet to file the charge sheet to the court. dear sirs, i have already spent money more than my capacity from borrowing the same at interest, please guide me how to successfully win all the three cases at the earliest and start a new life. i am 32years old. your valuable suggestions will make my life. with regards.
