my wife and i perchased a floor from my 18 year old friend through registered deed in which 120000/- was given advanced 1030000/- was given at the time of registry including 900000/- loan taken by bank.after some time it was found that same floor was sold 4 months before through sale deed in which i was a witness .the first buyer lodged a FIR u/s420,467,468,471 against seller ,me ,my wife and bank manager.what is % of getting bail for me and my wife.the case is of U.P.
In U.P no anticipatory bail lies nd only arrest stay can b granted before arrest and for that move writ for quashing and arrest stay and u can get it and for more clarification u can cal m
If u were witness in first register then it is tough to get bail but your wife may got bail but we can try but for that i have to go through your copy of FIR, so you may visit us with copy of FIR at adv.kamal.grover@gmail.com, we will guide you the way out.
Good luck
Regards
Since there is not provision of anticipatory bail in UP, consider approaching high court.
For a regular bail after arrest etc. - all will get bail after police custody is over.
