Legal Question in Discrimination Law in India

Dear Sir,

My Name upto HSC was Rajesh. Arif. Tamang, which i got it changed to Present Name from Maharashtra Gazzate and my T.Y.BCom Degree & Ration Card hold the same name Now i wish to further change my to Mohd. Yusuf can i again go ahead and change my name to Mohd.Yusuf under Maharashtra Gazzatte and i want to apply for Passport with the new name as Mohd. Yusuf. Please suggest me the advise as it is urgent and what will be the future procedure to prove that Rajesh Tamang. Present name & Mohd. Yusuf are all the same Person.
