Dear Sir / Madam,

To add to what my fellow learned counsel Rajiv Gupta has already stated, the surname Jain is still being used as a pseudonym by certain sects in the Marwadi community by convenience. They are those who suffer a complex and prefer not to reveal their real surname in Society. To me per se, this is an incorrect practice which needs to end.
