Legal Question in Discrimination Law in India
My father excucated a will on self aquired property without showing any property to my mother.in fact my brother cheated and regitered a will through my fatehr without knowlede of my mother & necked out from house. in this regard my qustion is that there are somany laws regarding wife & husbend, whether my mother cannot change the registered will or not.

no your mother can not change the will as it is self acquired property of your father
if you have any other way showing tht its done through force ,or fraud that it can be challenged but again that have to be proved.
