Legal Question in Education Law in India
if some coaching class use my photo without my peermission on my gud acadmic perfomance for his institute and i don't even study in that coaching so what legal action i can take against him

You may file suit for damages and also publish this point in Newspapers, then students of that center can file various cases against them for forgery and misrepresentation.
