Legal Question in Education Law in India
Regarding Eucation
University is refusing to give my degree I have served a legal notice but nothing has happened, how can i obtain the degree of examination which I have already passed and have mark sheet of it. and how is it legally going to affect me if i do not get it?

unless you give teh background of why degree has been refused by teh university it is not possible to answer your query
