Legal Question in Education Law in India

i have filed a writ petition against college and university.

where college is done mistake while entering my internal assignment(in 2nd semister),even they had given assurance my problem will get rectified,but waiting for long time it is not rectified.now i completed my degree, but still it is not rectifed.

my problem is wheather court will understand my problem and will i get justice.

because i filed writ petition before seven months still i am waiting, hw long ill it take to court to give verdict on writ petition.

it depends upon your lawyer that how well he has understood your case and how well he would be able to convince the judge regarding your plight. after that it is the understanding of the judge whether he finds it a fit case for issuance of writ of mandamus.
