About Graduates Certificate

I have completed my Diploma In Computer Engineering from private college.. Than after I have taken admission in B.Sc.IT. I have completed my 3 years B.Sc.IT course from there and also I have recieved my all mark sheet of six semister.. When I submitted all document for final Bachelor Certificate, University saying that we can not issue you a certifate.. Because u have completed your Diploma from private college..

I want to know that what action can be taken against college.What are chances of getting my certificate..

University was sleeping for 3 year when I have completed my course than they get up from sleep and saying that we can not issue a certificate..as per government rules..

In this I was not in fault, they have to informed me 3 years back that you are not eligible for the course because you have done your diploma from private college..

Your problem seems to be from Ahmedabad and such problems have occured prior to this and we have dealt with the same.

You have a genuine case and after going through the papers..legal notice and even petition can be filed in the High Court if required.

you have a very good case against university. The action of University amonuts of arbitrariness and untenable in the eyes of law. However, in the absence of all relevant papers, nothing can be specifically commented upon right now.
