Legal Question in Education Law in India
Heavy fine is yielded in our college if we are not able to attend the college.500 rs per day and leave limit is 10 days and after tat 1000 rs is charged for each day. And even the AICTE has put forth 75% attendance scheme. Moreover the fine we pay are not given as fine but in namesake of charity we r forced to pay to get NO DUE for attending university exams. Moreover Mobile phone is banned even in the hostel and fine of 1000 rs is to be paid if someone is found using it
