Legal Question in Education Law in India

I am a job seeker in Chennai. Last month, I figured out one advertisement stated in the Hindu Classifieds that �Get Trained and Placed 100, Android programming and Software Testing�. I called the number ( 8438989494 ) advertised in paper. He said to come for the interview and Hexaware Lead Manager (ARUN VIJAY) and HR (VISHNU NARAYANA) will interview me. So I prepared and went for the interview. As he said interview happened. He said to me that lead manager is satisfied with my answers. And he asked me to join in Software testing course. After completing this course they will take me into Hexaware. This is what he has promised me. Lead manager also told the same. For the training they charged Rs.25000 Service Tax. I said I will pay it by 3 installments. They accepted and I paid Rs.5000 as a first installment. But, in middle the HR person left the office and another person (Pandiyan) asking me pay remaining amount. The training is not even started properly. So I strongly doubt on them. Also they don�t tell who the head is for the company. I am still going to this center. So what cai do now? whether I complain against this consultacy inro police statio or not?

Such fake advertisements resulting into deception and cheating are common in metro cities.

Report the matter to police and hope for the best.
