Legal Question in Education Law in India
sir I am serving in defence , since 1997 and I have done BA from Bihar University as full time course . college did not ask for my attendance before exam and I have cleared all my paper , Now in my certificate they did not mentioned any attendance in college leaving certificate . Now please advice is whether my result is valid or not because I have given exam during my leave only thing I donot have any attendance in college. so who will responsible .whether I degree is valid or not.

If you have cleared all your papers then there is no further question remaining on the issue of attendance mentioned or not in mark sheet. Your result is valid.
