sir,
we have one house. we are 3 brothers, we need money to do a business but my father didnot like to sell the house is there any chance to make legal notice on my father.

in case the property is self acquired by your father, you have no right to force your father to sell it off but if it is ancestral, you may go for a suit for partition.
