Legal Question in Education Law in India

I am studying MCA 3rd year under Mahatma Gandhi University - School of Distance Eduction(Offcampus). I just entered 3rd year. The university has canceled the affilation of my college and they want us to transfer college. But the college authorities saying there is no problem with affiliation and wants us to continue in the same college. There is no other college in my district offering 3rd yr MCA class. I can't afford transportation cost to other districts. So my question is: If decide to continue in the same college, will the university can dismiss me from the course ? If so am I able to file a complaint in the court and to continue my course ?

sir - you need to check and confirm with the university and inform them that the college is still continuing and luring students claiming affiliation.
