Legal Question in Education Law in India
I was teaching in RAMAKRISHNA MISSION SCHOOL from 1st November, 2006.Now Secretary says that your PROBATIONARY CONFIRMATION PERIOD(ends on 30/09/2009) will not further extended.The school is GOVT. aided CBSE affiliated.I was teaching for 2 years & 11 Months without break in service in the State of ARUNACHAL PRADESH, INDIA .Please tell me what to do to retain my service.

Your contract of service may be governed by the service rules read with the regulations made by Education Department of your State.
An appropriate opinion may be available from local sources. You may contact the education department of your ARUNACHAL PRADESH
Mr.Sudershan is right. First you check your appointment letter then rules of your govt. then can plead accordingly. Generally probation period is 6 months only.
Send your appointment letter and rules of your department then i can give you right way.
