How long does it take for a case booked on harrasment and teasing on a girl takes to close according to Indian law?? Would there be any problem in visa embassy if the person attends and what does he need to answer?? The person got a bail on that day itself. It happened on feb 14,2007. the age of the person is 22yrs

in india, such cases take very long but in case the girl is ready to compromise the matter, you may approach the high court for quashing the case.
