Neighbours Tree

MYSORE

My neighbour has 6 ASOKA trees next to my compound wall, the trees roots and branches have infringed my property and causing damage to the compound wall, repeated request to the neighbour to remove the trees has not met with any success. Please advice the next course of action.

Cutting Tree is a Criminal Offence, therefore there are certain exceptions, under which you can get the trees removed. This aspect has to be managed in coordination with your neighbour.

If you create evidence by removing those tree, then law may take its own course and it will be unncessary harrasments for you.
