noise and air pollution
our neibours installted heavy electric generater on their roof it creats noise and air pollution. so plz tell me the remedy. and about good lawyer in patiala.

REMEDY--Civil suit praying for removal of the generator and injunction (stay). If civil suit is not possible for some reason, writ in High Court.

you can complaint against them in mcd as this may cause danger to the structure and then to environment concerned department as this is creating noise as well as air pollution.
alternatively you can file a case for injunction in the civil court and you will get FAST RELIEF.
