in 1992 we adopted a 14 yeras boy but we have no legal documents.. but now we want to transfer our property to him i s it possible legally or not.

if you need to execute a will, that can be executed in favour of anyone. but if you want to confer the rights of a son on your adoptive child, you need declaration from the court in the absence of adoption deed.
