498 A Case Registration & Divorce
498 A case has been register on myself and my family members , where as in Police investigation , there are no evidence to nurture for this case . Honourable Court will takes its time to give verdicts , In this circumstances ,How can we proceed for divorce & punishments for False case .Since nobody from our family is in favour to continue with her ( wife ).Is Illegal marraige can be an option ?Can i being accompaning by any girl ?

You cannot marry without dissolution of your first marriage.

false case is a good ground for seeking divorce as it constitutes cruelty against husband.
