Legal Question in Family Law in
1. My wife has threatened me that she will put me behind the bars in trumped-up charge under dowry act and domestic violence act.
2. My wife and her family (in law) are criminal background from U.P side and they are abused and threaten me that either I will pay 15 lacs or they will killed me any point of time.
3. My in laws have already done this type of misconduct with their elder son in law and take 5 lac for settlement against the divorce.
4. At the time of marriage (2008) I was residing with my parents but because of my wife�s misbehavior with my mother and my in laws pressurize me to left my parents house and now I am residing on rent basis.
I never ever demanding any type of dowry at the time of marriage and till now and I am also not done any type of domestic violence with my wife.
In this connection it is requested that you may be help or suggest me that how I can smoothly live my life.

Try to make up with your wife and keep maintaining a record of your conduct. Involving friends and relatives may help. Since the marriage is very young, separation and litigation should be avoided.
