Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am 25 years old working lady. I am having a family problem, I have a step mother. I am fed up of all her acts & my father also fully supports her. It became impossible to live with them any more. I dont want to continue the relationship with them. Neither I want any share in their property. What should I do to legally relieve them from all their responsibilities towards me.

You may stop dealing with them in any manner; However, as per Section 125 of Cr. P. C., you may still be responsible for maintaining your father, if he has no other means to support himself.

your problem is more social than legal. you may choose to severe your ties with your father and step mother.
