how do i know under what act my married was registered in india mumbai? i have done a nikah prior to the marriage but not sure how it was registered and under what act i can have a divorce.
i dont know which office it was registered either! please help!!

Yes you can apply for divorce..if its mutual consent its fast and easy ....
if its only one sided then you need to state valid reason for doing so... you can mail me at [email protected] for further help
