hello, need advice for incompactibility in marriage - sadly pulled thru' for 37yrs with husband in gulf. but now after his retirment, worse financial scene especially no maintenance given for the last 7months. im aged 58yrs with 10%vision- 2 children married and away. one daughter (30yrs) taking care of me in mumbai. husband settled in goa- he comes here for society issues only.
pls. help since i feel threatened n helpless when he is around.pls. advice my options.

You may be entitled to pursue you remedies under the Domestic Violence Act. You may seek maintenance from him as also a restraining order from causing you any harm or visiting you.
