Re: How to get anticipatory Bail

There is hardly any expense on seeking anticipatory bail; however counsel's fee is vairable and depends upon the area and the counsel.

you should better try for an out of court amicable settlement with your wife and in-laws.

Re: How to get anticipatory Bail

if the stage is still at planning then immediately you need to do certain things.

first meet a good lawyer to discuss the case. if you have any body known then its well and good otherwise you can choose anybody from here.IF U ARE IN DELHI OR NCR.

second the anticipatory can cost as per advocates as differnt advocates have differnt fees and even that changes case to case. rs 2100 is approx minimum charges from an average lawyer. and a good lawyer may start it from 11000

these cases are made irrespective of the fact that u took dowry or not so that issue will be decided later but the problem need to be solved now

Mere planning of your father-in-law does not make you entitled for anticipatory bail.
