Legal Question in Family Law in India

The biological mother my adopted child has filed a suite for cancellation of Adoption deed 1.5 years later that it was a result of fraud and her consent was not free at the time of adoption and his husband also pressurized her to sign the adoption.

I feel it like giving your child to someone for bringing up free of cost and later claim it back when your job is done.

I know they have filed a false case but donot know how to fight this case and how to prove that she is just wasting our time and money for her misdeeds and unknown intentions.

I need your urgent help

in case she is able to prove that the adoption was done under fraud or misrepresentation, you may have to restore the child back to the biological mother.
