Case of DV act is going on with my wife. In which she claims to be unemployed and living a miserable life and i'm living a very prosperous life but i have the strong proofs that situation is totally opposite she is living very prosperous life and i'm actually unemployed .
I want to claim the maintenance in such a manner that it becomes the criminal case against her as i'm suffering and she has to appear in court.
Is it possible in same case or i have to file another case .
As u know it will take long time to won this case and then filing another case

in case you have no means to support yourself and she is earning, you may file an application for grant of maintenance pendente lite u/s 24 of Hindu Marriage Act.
