Case of DV act is going on with my wife. In which she claims to be unemployed and living a miserable life and i'm living a very prosperous life but i have the strong proofs that situation is totally opposite she is living very prosperous life and i'm actually unemployed .
is there any way i can file CRIMINAL CASE against my wife to get maintenance.

you can prove the same in DV Case itself so that the court will not ask you to pay her alimony/ maintenance.

you can only file an application u/s 24 of HMA and not a criminal case for maintenance.
