dispute between husband and wife. wife divorced,husband named robert.robert wins the case and has custody of child. child including boy aged 15 and girl 18.robert busy with another women named x who were working with him. child were not taken care. boy child was sexually abused by x's cousin named as y.previously the case was lost by wife due to drinking habtis but now she left drinking. she filed a case again in supreme court. how she can win this case. what point and argument and laws applied so that she can wins the case.

in this case, as u suggested that the baby boy has been abused by the relative of the father. this is indicative of the fact that he is not safe with his father. and that his father is not taking proper care of the child.
