Legal Question in Family Law in India

Child visitation rights

In India, after a divorce with child under mother's custody.. if the father has been granted visitation only once a fortnight, is there any way that the father can appeal for more frequent visitation? How does one go about it?

Re: Child visitation rights

The custody /Visitation rights orders are variable.

the party seeking any amendment in the order can approach the same court with a fresh application mentioning reasons for seeking change in the Order.
