I have married to a muslim, he had send me a talaq nama 4 months ago, and now he wants the custody of the child, who will get the custody of the child if he file a case

Welfare of the child is the paramount consideration for transfer of custody of child. If child is infant, then normally mother would be entitled to custody. There is just a recent judgment of Supreme Court on this issue that the custody of the child should not be changed, unless special circumstances so warrants. So if your having custody, then there are all chances that u will retain the custody
