We want to know that any custom is available according to under section 29 (2) of hindu marriege Act 1955 in Jat community in the area of Delhi by which the panchayat can dissolution of a marriege? Any custom who permit or allow the dissolution of marriege by panchayat in Area of Delhi in Jat community?
Actually a person says that panchayat can dissolution of marriege or the divorce by the panchayat of hindu marriege is valid in the area of Delhi. The custom is available of disslution of marriege by the Panchayat. A settlement of two person Husband and wife by the panchayat can be a legal document under hindumarriege act 1955 under section 29 (2)? Please explain through
out this with sections and judgement of Hight court/SC if any.

There is no such custom or law which allow any panchyat to dissolve any marriage. It is only court who can dissolve the marriage.
