Dear Law Guru

My brother get a divorce but some obstacle are come in his life his wife overpower on him & alwaya saying that his husbund u resign your job. & live with me in home but this is not imposible thing to any husbund . & since 5 -6 month his wife not live with my brother, & his wife do not agree to get the divorce . But my brother not wish to live with her , so plz give me suggesion . & plz tell the period to get divorce ?

in case the wife is denying the divorce, the petition may take several years. it is better to settle the matter amicably and in case the couple cannot stay together, divorce by mutual consent is the option.
