Dear sir,
During 498a/406/34 police search our house and siged articles & write in report
that "invertigation is over".Now i am in bail.We have a bank locker,
which is jointly me and my father.In loker there are ornament of
my mother and important papers.Can she take any step that court/police
search/siged our locker ?Please note that her lawer is theating me to
file DV act and asking for rest of ornament which she mention in her list,but
indeed , there is no such ornaments

engage a good lawyer if you have not engage till date as the court has power even to open and search Bank Locker if your wife applies and you don't defend properly.
