Dear Sir if FIR is filed under section 406 ,498A & 34 ipc against boy and his family members with FIR NO. case is registered in police station . Sir i want to know that how much maximum time according to indian law police have to investigate & send a case file in the court.

There is no time limit. The court regularly monitors progress of investigation. A challan is to be filed by the police only after investigation is completed.
