Dear Sir pls tell me if it is a crime to send a love sms to a girl nothing written wrong but a compain filed by her guardians in police station that boy is teasing the girl by mobile ? pls tell me the indian law regarding this issue. if its a crime then pls tell me the punishment regarding this complaint. what is the precautions to take in respect of boy they both girl & boy are matured.
