Dear Sir pls tell me that it is a crime to send a sms to a girl that i love u & want to marry you & we both are above the age according to the indian law .

no, it is not an offence unless the message is vulgar or threatening. proposing someone through SMS, provided the girl is unmarried, is not an offence.
