Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir,

first counseling went , my wife clearly stated that she is not willing to live with me, we convinced her a lot, but they are not ready to hear anything

But my wife is not interested to live with me , its good to prolong RCR as they are waiting for my mutual consent for divorce ,as i have filed RCR what will happen if i give mutual consent ,please help me to solve this issue?

Note: today was my second hearing as they have not appeared before the honorable court .

Please guide me in this situation.

as am not appearing without any lawyer, myself only filed the petition of conjugal rights in the court

If you will file divorce with mutual consent, then the consent of both parties are necessary .

if they are ready to file application u/s 13-b then no need to worry but read the application before signing.
