Dear Sir,
Q1 - If someone has to go to Delhi High Court regarding the case after receiving
summon then how can a person enter? As I have heard that an entry pass is
required. From where and how that pass can be obtained and for what price?
Q2- Is it possible that the person who has received a summon can accompany one relative along with him inside the High court?

No fee is levied for entry and u need to carry your I d proof. If u r not summoned as a witness, u may need to retain a lawyer.
