Debt by Karta for legal and family requirement and betterment will be paid from entire property and joint family funds

From the entire property and for any reason he makes the expenses from his own pocket or from his own share then he is entitled to recover the same from other members of the HUF or from their share.

Such a debt is payable from the entire property and is a charge on the property. Nothing to do with the share of any partner/member/Karta of HUF.
