Divorce because of adulterous

A married girl from Mauritius living in France is waiting for a baby from someone else than her husband. She's muslim and want to divorce. What are the legal consequences, will she have to pay or anything else?

it appears that the lady had herself adopted adultry, which gives her husband a right to get divorce from her.

1. What is her legal status in France?

2. Where does her husband reside?

3. What is the nationality of the husband?

4. Where does the father of the baby reside?

5. Will the father acknowledge the child when it is born?

6. Where did the marriage take place?

7. Are there any other children of the marriage?

8. If so, what are their ages?
