When divorce case proceedings are going on and monthly maintenance is already being awarded by court and paying regularly to the wife and daugher u/s 24 of Hindu marriage Act, kindly confirm whether the wife can file another case of maintenance u/s 125.

yes she can but she has to mention about earlier case in the present case.
